There is a wall AC unit, and a good space heater. There is a nice small patio area and access to the laundry room. The casita rents month-to-month, and many people have stayed for several years. You must have good credit and outstanding references to rent this unit. We are very good landlords and we quickly take care of problems. Utilities are included. No pets and no smoking.
