Zillow has manipulated manipulated the Zestimate here and it is wreckless and/or malicious in their way of Zestimating and if they were/are licensed Apraisers they would probably lose their license upon review by the CALIFORNIA BUREAU OF REAL ESTATE APPRAISERS.
