A gas furnace provides primary heating, This property is conveniently located in North Seattle -- just north of Haller Lake (walking distance to the lake park), and is about a 5-minute walk to the Sprouts grocery store and LA Fitness. It's only a 3-minute drive west to Aurora Ave. N. and about the same going east to I-5. Public transportation is also convenient, with multiple bus stops within walking distance as well as the rapid transit E line. PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING DETAILS. Tenants pay all utilities. Renters' insurance is required. Pet policy - Up to two Cats or dogs are okay. No exotic animals.
