Nice, newer neighborhood. Good families. Kids of all ages. People feel comfortable about going for walks in the evening. There are still a couple of small farms that have goats and horses and even a few chickens. Every once in a while you will see someone riding their horse down the road. The view of the Wasatch Mountains is amazing. Just right over the mountain you have access to a couple of ski resorts and during the summer a popular golf course. There is a little bit of everything that surrounds the city that the neighborhood is in.
