Note: This is for a fully furnished, 3 month temporary rental only. June through August 2019. Our 2,736 square foot family home has an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings that connect the front room, kitchen, and family room. We have a third of an acre yard, with large sections of lawn in the front and back of the house, as well as on one side. One side's landscaping is undeveloped. Our home was built in 2001. The front room is a space a little removed from the bustle of the kitchen, with a comfy couch and a writing desk. Moving past the front room from our entry, you walk into the largest room/s of the house: the kitchen and family room -- one open space. The kitchen is a good size and is moderately equipped. The island accommodates the large sink and a new dishwasher, with plenty of work space on the granite countertop (granite counters are found throughout the home). Our dining table can expand to accommodate eight. We also have a highchair available. The carpeted family room has a sliding glass door leading out to the patio and backyard. A gas fireplace and faux-leather couches make this the room everyone congregates in! We've left the floor space open (rather than furnished with a coffee table) so that there's plenty of room for our kids to play. We don't have a TV -- we tend to watch shows on our laptops, or downstairs in the theater room. The bedrooms have tended to get the least attention in terms of furnishings/decorations, but they are functional and comfortable. The master bathroom has a shower and a jetted tub. The two upstairs kids bedrooms are small. One is equipped with a bunkbeds; one has a crib. The "kids" bathroom has a tub/shower and a nice long vanity. There is a laundry room leading to the 2-car garage with a large capacity washer and dryer. Downstairs is a very large bedroom with bunkbeds and a walk in closet. There is also another bedroom with a queen bed. There is also an additional kitchen, complete with additional fridge, oven, stove, etc. Downstairs is also the theater room with surround sound for watching movies. An additional full bathroom is downstairs. We're sure you'll find it a comfortable and enjoyable space for your family. Owner pays for sewer, trash, and water. Tenant responsible for electricity and gas.
