MY PRIVATE spaces include the other 2 bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. OUR SHARED spaces include the basement (you will have a designated space for personal storage), and the kitchen. In the kitchen, you have access to the stove, sink and your own designated cupboard space. You must provide your own mini fridge for storage in your room. For the sake of my children's privacy, I ask that you don't frequent the living room and dining room unless to visit YOUR bathroom or the kitchen. The home has been newly renovated within the past 2 years. There is brand new bamboo flooring throughout the home and your room receives direct sunlight in the afternoon. You are responsible for your own pots, pans, food, cleaning supplies, toiletries, sheets ECT. No pets allowed. No smoking allowed. No visitors allowed. No smoking is allowed inside of the home. No visitors allowed. No pets allowed. Street parking only. The lease is on a 6 month rolling basis and must be signed every 6 months.
