Rent includes water, sewer, garbage, lawn care, and snow removal (when snowfall is 2 inches or greater). Tenants are responsible for the electricity; gas; phone, internet, and/or cable (If you want those services), and are responsible for salting/sanding own driveway and sidewalk (if you want that done as well). Appliances include: stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. Unit also has central air conditioning, forced air heat, and a water softener (tenants supply their own water softener salt). Maximum occupancy is 2 adults and 1 child. Our leases are for one year (12 months) with a 60-day notice to vacate. After one year, the lease moves to what is called a 60-day-to-60-day tenancy. All notices are due in writing on or before the 1st of the month. The security deposit is the same as one month's rent. Lease is 12 months, once the lease has been fulfilled it will roll over to a 60-day to 60-day tenancy as we do not require new leases to be signed. Tenants are responsible for all utilities.
