These "homes" and property have been in our family for years and I have no use of it, what so ever. The 2 houses/structures will more than likely have to be torn down. No one has been in them in years. The Neighborhood has been on the rise for the last few years. There are a few people/companies that have 'bought out' previous owners and have started renovating and bringing things up to date. The property is listed at almost $50,000 but since some higher dollar things have to be done first, I'll cut a little off the price...
