This a townhome style apartment and it has been updated very nicely with new Ceramic flooring throughout the house. On the first floor is the living room, dining area, Kitchen, and a half bath. Off the kitchen and dining area is a glass slider that leads to a private fenced patio area. Upstairs there are two (2) bedrooms with a hallway with a vanity area. The bedrooms are separated from the bathroom and have big walking closets. We have a very nice drama free building with long term tenants. So, if drama follow you around, please look elsewhere. We are owner operators of all our rental apartments. We are not a management company. we take pride in our buildings and expect the same from our tenants. This is a non smoking building, smoking will not be tolerated inside the apartment. This will be grounds fore immediate termination of your lease. we pay water, sewer, trash and lawn care. Thank you. Owner pays for Water, landscape, trash collection and sewer. Tenant is responsible for electricity and Internet.
