The limit would be 2 large dogs or 3 small pets. 3 Options to rent: Plan A) FULLY FURNISHED including EVERYTHING $1700 moves you in - good for 1 month (30 days) stay. Power and water included. No cost or fees for background check. You can extend 7 days prior the 30 days ends for another 30 days, same price, for the rest of the year, if you desire. Plan B) Partial or not furnished, $1400 annual lease, to move in are due: first, last and security, total of $4200. You would need to fill an online background-check, they (Transunion) charge you $40 for that. Your credit score should be better than 650, otherwise you might want to save yourself the $40 for the background-check and choose our option Plan A) from above. Plan C) Same as Plan B but lease term limited to not exceed December 1st 2020. For accepting this shorter lease term, we discount you the first month rent by $500, makes it $900 rent for the first month and to move in a total of $3700. Some background check of Plan B) applies.
