The half-duplex house-unit has its own, split, private backyard, located on a small lake with views onto the water, with private, fenced backyard. The home comes unfurnished. Photos and video were taken in the past, with furniture. The rental is currently upstairs new painted in a neutral beige. Sorry, downstairs still remains with dark blue walls from the prior, none-permitted painting from the prior tenant. Pets are permitted. There will be a $35 monthly Pet Fee per pet. The limit would be 2 large dogs or 3 small pets. The breed of the dogs NEEDS to be NOT excluded from liability in the renters insurance.
