Flooring includes carpet, ceramic tile, wood parquet and linoleum. The upstairs floor has a double thickness, providing sound insulation for the first floor. A large composite deck and walkway lead to the front entrance, and another deck and tile patio are outside the kitchen French doors. The oversize garage has a new automatic door opener and a Level-2 EV charging cable. Heating and cooling are provided by a new high-efficiency Gree minisplit 3-zone heat pump system, and there is a Rheem heat pump water heater. The living room wood stove can provide back-up heating and simple cooking in an emergency. Two skylights are in the upstairs bathroom. Irrigation water from the city is available to all sides of the house. The house has copper plumbing and the best-tasting water in Pleasant Grove.
