I travel for work so I'm gone half the month and I have another home in Montana so I'm rarely in my space downstairs so Interaction is rare. The garage is the only shared space. Living area separated by stairs with a locked door. 2 new private decks including 1 with a beautiful view to south, great for viewing a full moon rise and a sunset. 5 minutes from i70, 2 minutes from 470, and 10 mins to Red Rocks. Great hiking and biking across the street at Green Mountain. Barbershop, post office, dry cleaner, Chiropractor, a hair Salons, a coffee shop, Mexican restaurant/ bar all 100 yards away. Just 10 minutes to Bel Mar area. Grocery store and Green Mountain Rec center a mile away. Short walk to #22 bus line and a 7 minute drive to W Line train to downtown. Bear Creek state park 5 miles away. Owner pays for trash, water, snow removal, and outdoor maintenance. No cigarette or cigar Smoking. Limited dogs allowed. Last month's rent due at signing. Renter responsible for heat, electricity, WiFi, and cable. Last 2 renters stayed a total of 8 years, one couple liked it so much they moved in next door. People really enjoy the experience of the area and condo. I prefer long term rentals however I could be open to short term options in the right scenario. 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath.
