There are 2 fireplaces, and the nice big fenced back yard is great for family gatherings and pets. Our last renters were comfortable here for over 8 years. I think anyone would find this a comfortable home to stay in for the long haul. Six month lease to start, may be extended after inspection. Some pets allowed (with a pet deposit). No smoking inside the house. Large driveway allows space for several vehicles, but all must be licensed and working. Utilities, yard work, and pest control are the responsibility of the renters, thus are not included with the rent. Renters insurance is recommended.
