Moving out of town and looking for two people to take over our lease in Aspen Heights this year. New renters would be able to move in at any time they wish. We currently pay $572 each for a 2 Bedroom, but you can rent any size apartment you'd like; prices will vary ($544619). Our two bedroom price will remain $572 until August, and then it will go up to $609. All utilities are included in rent: electricity, water, cable, internet, etc. The aspen heights community has two pools/hot tubs, volleyball courts, fitness center, game room, movie theatre, tanning beds, study rooms and dog park. All pets are welcome. Please respond via email if you or someone you know is interested in taking over our lease. WILL OFFER TO PAY THE CONTRACT FEE: $270 PER PERSON - $540 TOTAL
