We have a one bedroom apartment available here in the next couple of months preferably before the end of November. We're looking for someone to take over our lease which is actually up at the end of January. Apartment is in great shape. We don't smoke or have any pets. -The reason for our move is due to a job offer my partner took. The apartment itself is great with an open floor plan feel, laundry room w/a modern washer, dryer, and extra storage space in there we use it also as a pantry room. Stainless steel appliances, marble counter tops, bar area dining area, spacious bathroom w/a linen closet. The bedroom fits a king size bed with extra room to set other furniture. The closet in the bedroom is a great size with sliding doors. Apartment is located on the second floor with a balcony area and a storage closet outside. I personally really love this apartment because you don't find many one bedroom apartments with a lot of storage area. - The complex itself is close to the ElMonica max station, down the street from costco, Nike, and Intel. The complex has a fitness center, pool, hot tub, and a bbq covered area by the pool. - Parking: You get one assigned covered parking spot but there's a lot of uncovered parking spots in the complex for guests. Also, close street parking right next to the building. We've never had an issue with guest parking. Rent: $1,290 Deposit: $645.00 (Willing to negotiate with the right fit) To apply for the apartment you have to apply with the leasing office and get approved. Lease is up late January but you can stay longer and renew.
