The house is in located in a mix of newer and older homes. The property has a couple apple trees and grapes. The concrete driveway was put in from the front of the house to the road in spring 2008. In spring 2009, the foundation was tarred and new footing tile and sump pump system was installed along with repair to the sanitary sewer pipe connection.
