This is an unusual posting. This place is not yet done, but I thought someone might want it.... so here we go. Attached garage with opener and outdoor keypad. Fenced in back patio area with new sod. no basement, but a walk through "mud room" for storage attached to the garage. This is a unique unit, with a lot of quality features. I am looking for a quality tenant who will take good care of it and appreciate the features I have added to this unit.
