I am renting out two rooms in my Townhouse. (These are individual rooms for rent, not the whole Townhouse as a whole) If you are an outdoorsy, adventurous type, you will love this location. There is a running trail 100 yards from the house, Mountain biking trails nearby (Suncrest), and American fork canyon less than 5 Miles away. The house is conveniently located near everything! You will be .8 Miles from Silicon slopes, .2 Miles from Mountain point Medical center, and .9 Miles from Cabela's. I am renting two large rooms (non master bedrooms). The two rooms will share one bathroom. The larger of the two rooms is 12 by 12 Feet and will be $700 a month plus utilities. and the Mid sized room is 12 by 11 feet in size and will be $650 a month plus Utilities. I am Looking for quite, clean, respectful working professional type guys that have a regular Job. Not interested in having any party type people living here. So no Drugs/Smoking/vaping or heavy drinkers. No felons, or criminals will be considered. Looking for room mates that are respectful, considerate, and clean up after themselves. If interested, call or text me so we can arrange a time to meet and see if it might be a good fit. Rooms are month to month. First and last month's rent will be required before you move in. You will be asked to sign a contract. Last month's rent will be used as the security deposit. I ask that if you do move out, just give 30 days notice and you will get your deposit back.
