Personally, I have moved four times in three years for work and your place tops the list between proximity of good restaurants and entertainment, your responsiveness as a landlord and the uniqueness of this house. The house at 1739 Madison Avenue is a fantastic place to call home. It maintains a historic charm with modern features. The kitchen is bright, open, comprehensive, with a vintage, gas stove that works perfectly. An open floor plan allowed us to get creative with our furniture configuration. The basement offers a fair amount of storage. Having a standalone, claw-foot bathtub was a draw for us. The yard is easily maintainable, perfect for an aspiring gardener. There are many markers of excellent soil health in the yard. Having the front door on the side of the house is convenient for privacy, and the large porch is a great spot to sit and read on fair-weathered days. The neighbors are friendly, and Los Alamos is a must eat right around the corner. It is just under one-mile to downtown, which makes for a nice walk. There is a community center with a pool and multiple parks in the immediate area, which is great to have available. We have not found anything that needs to be fixed.
