There are few neighbors so it is very private and across from a small creek/wash so no neighbors directly across or next to it. It is on the second floor so requires stair climbing. It is a furnished studio. All utilities are included in monthly rent. There is a refundable $300 deposit if no damage is found upon moving out and a non-refundable cleaning fee of $150. The minimum lease is 3 months. No smoking and no pets allowed. Tenants are responsible for buying their own cleaning supplies and toiletries after the first amount supplied is used up.
