Great house in a great neighborhood! And some of the best neighbors too! Right across the street from Reed Park. Convenient shopping (Tulsa Hills = 3mi. Crystal City = 1mi. Town West = Around 3mi.). You can get to downtown activities without getting on the highway. So a really great location! About the house .1150sqft. 2 bedroom/1 full bath inside the house. Nice layout. Good sized closets for a smaller home. Large two car garage! And garage apartment with 3/4 bath. Central heat and air in the house. Window AC unit and plug in heaters for the garage apartment. Yard has a wooden fence around back and sides. And a heavy gate across the driveway. So not the best for keeping small pets in the yard. What I look for in a renter is someone who loves this house as much as I do. The garage is what sold me on this house. The apartment was my band's rehearsal space. So I would love to find someone with a band that needs a rehearsal space. Or perhaps someone who needs a large garage to do woodworking and/or work on cars. And being right across the street from a park is great for a family that likes to get out and play. We enjoyed it greatly while living in the home. Currently no appliance are included. If this is a problem, let me know and perhaps we can work something out. No smoking within the house, garage, or garage apartment. Smoking outside is acceptable.
