Cleaning fee of $200 at the end of the one month minimum lease ending no later than November 1, 2021 at 10 am. Only 2 cars can be parked on driveway . Utilities are budgeted to be a maximum of $550/ month which includes electric, water, sewage, garbage, wifi, TV cable, lawn and pool care. If they exceed this monthly amount, tenant must pay the difference.
