The house is in a quiet neighborhood and 10 minutes from 285, 20 minutes from Truist Stadium. You would be sharing the home with me, my husband, 1 dog, and 1 cat. The house has: - stainless steel appliances - fully equipped kitchen - unfenced backyard - wooden deck - 2 car garage - one unfurnished living room for you - internet/water/electricity/gas/trash/lawncare ALL included in rent - washer and dryer available - lots of storage room in the unfinished basement (you can also make a gym space there) You'd have your own room, own living room, and a shared bathroom. You must be drug free and no parties allowed. We also foster and pet sit a lot. We currently have 1 dog and 1 cat. If you don't like animals or are not tolerant of animals, we are not a good fit.
