It is highly recommended to bring a 4WD or AWD to access Sugar Mountain, and during winter months, snow chains are suggested. Distance to Boone is 25 minutes, Blowing Rock is 29 minutes, and Grandfather Mountain is 23 minutes. Smoking is not allowed, and pets are not permitted. A security camera is on the front door. People other than those in the guest's party designated in the reservation may not stay overnight at the property. There is no daily housekeeping service, and while linens are included, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order and only use appliances for their intended uses. Check-in and check-out times are subject to availability with a fee.
