Well-designed and quality built home on lightly wooded 2 acre lot. The custom builder (W. G. Smith Homes of Aiken) built it for his own family. We purchased it in 2004 and have loved living here but a family issue will force us to relocate. This property is not for those looking for a typical suburban lifestyle surrounded by fences, neighbors and cars. Hunting Hills is a dead-end street so there is essentially no traffic and there’s only one direct neighbor. We have kept the property low maintenance so there is minimal lawn or landscaping that requires regular upkeep. The house has what I am told is the Rolls Royce of siding, the best available, and it requires no maintenance or painting and will outlast all of us. I am a reasonable person and will work with you to upgrade/change/replace anything you need to make this home work for you.
