1 bedroom/ 1 bathroom, water, and exterior maintenance included. 1.All properties are SMOKE-FREE and PET-FREE- a $1000 fine is stated in your contract for any violations 2. All tenants must pay the agreed-upon rent via AUTOMATIC ACH transfer on the 1st of each month. Once your application is approved we will provide the paperwork to establish this transfer(you can view the ACH form attached to this email- please come prepared with the information needed to complete this on the date you sign your lease) 3. Only tenants listed on the lease agreement are permitted to live at the property. Any change in the number of tenants must be approved by your property manager no less than 30 days in advance and a new lease agreement will then be signed. 4. Sub-Leasing is NOT PERMITTED. 5. Tenants are responsible for the condition of the property- The property manager will perform inspections AT LEAST twice per year for compliance at the convenience of their schedule. 6. Tenants are also responsible for any Pest Control or damage incurred from lack of regular treatment unless otherwise stated in the lease agreement. 8. Lease terms are 12 months. Any early termination will result in loss of deposit.
