The apartment was renovated in 2017 and still looks great. The windows are all new throughout the unit. Plenty of storage for all of your kitchenware in the kitchen with tons of low cabinets and shelves above to show off your nice china. There's also a pantry for additional storage. New dishwasher, disposal, fridge and gas stove make up the appliances. Off of the kitchen is the newly remodeled bathroom with floating vanity and exquisite dark gray tile. Both the living room and bedroom are large at about 15' x 15'. The living room retains the old classical look with fresh wainscoting panels and chair rail. The walls are painted a nice, neutral gray. The bay window lets in tons of mid morning and afternoon light and is great to place a nice reading chair into. I will include a tv mount in the living room. You'll find the bedroom to be oversized - it's the same as the living room at about 15' x 15'. Two big windows let in great light. There's a closet that is large enough to fit at least one person's wardrobe, but heed not- the room is totally big enough to throw in an armoire. The bed in the pictures is a king. There is laundry in the basement for $1.50 per load. The rent includes one parking space. There is a front yard if you like to play bocce or have a little cookout. The location: Situated 6/10 of a mile from Malden T stop, and half a block away from the bus stop that will bring you to the T if you're feeling lazy that day, the apartment is also convenient to routes 1 and 93 - both about 10 minutes away with moderate traffic. The house is also less than a half mile to the main strip of restaurants and bars in hoppin' downtown Malden. If you are a gym goer, there's a fully stocked YMCA basically across the street from the house - it's new and has everything from the pool to daily yoga classes included in the membership. There's also a public pool down the street for those hot summer days. Behind the house about a 5 minute walk away, there's an awesome hill that has some of the best views of Boston.
