This is a summer short term rental, we are renting for the off season November through May only (7 mo.) lease. This is a 6 month lease only, November 1st. 2024 through May 1st. 2025. Absolutely no pets are allowed nor smoking in the home. The tenant must be responsible for heat fuel cost and Electric utilities bill. Water usage will the landlords responsibility. Please be aware that furniture supplied are tenants responsibility to maintain in good shape. It is the tenants responsibility to maintain the property in clean and organized order. The landlord will be in the premises once a month to fix or maintain landscape and anything necessary.
