Enter through a large, newly tiled hallway into a bright and spacious living room with a wood-burning fireplace, a 2-story vaulted ceiling with skylights, and two sliding doors leading to a large outdoor deck. Relax in a bright sunroom with a vaulted ceiling and five windows, with a door leading to the rear deck. The first floor has one full bathroom, two bedrooms (one with a queen bed and one with a twin bed and twin bunk bed), a mudroom, dining room, and large kitchen with new granite counters, backsplash, and stainless appliances. The second floor features a loft overlooking the living room, one full bathroom, and two bedrooms (each with queen beds) with vaulted ceilings. This home is located on a quiet street, surrounded by beautiful greenery. It is within walking distance to the main beach, clubhouse, and outdoor pool. The entire house is available for your stay. If you are booking for more than 7 nights, you may be eligible to access Lake Naomi beaches and pools. Temporary memberships are limited, so inquire about availability prior to booking. You will be responsible for reserving the passes, paying any associated fees, and picking up the passes. Dogs are welcome for a fee of $250 per pet.
