You have one parking spot, washer and dryer in the unit, garbage removal, snow removal in the winter, and a pool to use all summer. If you have a smart TV I have several accounts such as Netflix, Hulu, and Comcast that I wouldn't mind sharing.I require proof of employment and references. I work in Whippany and exercise almost every day so I am out 12 hours per day. Looking for someone with a similar schedule.
