Full utility hookups are available at every space, with water, sewer, and garbage included for added simplicity, while tenants maintain control of their own electricity usage. Wide access lanes and easy site navigation make parking and setup hassle-free for a variety of RV sizes. Residents enjoy convenient on-site laundry facilities, helping make extended stays comfortable and stress-free. Guests can relax, unwind, and enjoy the fresh Oregon air. Pet-friendly policies ensure your furry companions feel just as welcome, with plenty of space for daily walks. Ideally located near local shopping, dining, and major roadways, this community offers quick access to everything Salem has to offer while still maintaining a peaceful, tucked-away feel. Monthly rent begins at $600.00, with weekly rates starting at $500.00 for up to three occupants. One additional occupant is permitted for an extra $25.00 per month, with a maximum of four occupants per site. Approved pets are welcome with a monthly pet fee of $25.00 per pet. A $300.00 non-refundable reservation deposit is required to hold a space once an application has been approved. After seven (7) days or at the time of move-in, whichever occurs first, the first month's rent is due, and the $300.00 reservation deposit will convert into a refundable security deposit upon execution of the rental agreement. Tenants are responsible for electricity, while the landlord provides water, sewer, and garbage services. A written 30-day notice is required prior to vacating in order to be eligible for a return of the security deposit. This is a smoke-free property.
