Both bathrooms have recently been updated with all new tile and plumbing and vanities have quartz countertops. The unit boost plenty of storage with another walk-in closet in the entryway as well as a dedicated storage unit on the floor that can hold beach chairs, umbrellas etc...Other amenities of the building include 1 dedicated covered parking spot, a large heated swimming pool, and seating beachside, BBQ Grills, 2 elevators and secure building access. Monthly rate includes all utilities as well as Spectrum TV and High-Speed Internet. No Pets or Smoking allowed. Minimum rental period is 3 months. Lost Fob will incur a $50 replacement Fee and Lost Key will incur a $10 fee. Tenants responsibility is to keep the rental unit clean and sanitary and any damage to unit caused by his or her neglect may be subject to deposit fees being withheld.
