The unit has large windows with a lots of natural light throughout the whole place which is a plus on the Pacific Northwest during winter time. The rent would be $1,400 per month which includes utilities. Electricity will be shared. I had a roommate before and our electric bill has never been over $200 per month even in the coldest month. You can have your own furniture in your bedroom if you prefer. If you are a working professional and need an office space, I have a room completely furnished and set up for a private office. Beautiful Marymoor park with a ton of activities, concerts, outdoor movies. Idylwood park is just a few minutes' walk. It is a beautiful waterfront park with swimming area. I have two kayaks available to use. You just need to pack your dinner, take the kayak to the water from the back yard, and just relax and enjoy nature. The wildlife is truly amazing. You will see beautiful sunrises, sunsets and full moon rise over the lake. Our Cabana with an all-around deck set with chairs and tables to enjoy the water view and relax after work. There is a heated outdoor pool and hot tub in the spa area. Close to hospitals, major corridors and transit stations and light- rail trains close by. Quick access to freeway and easy commute to Bellevue, Kirkland, Issaquah and Seattle. Shops and restaurants and the town center 5 min drive. Microsoft main campus less than 5 minutes.
