Our condo is a 3 bedroom, 2 Bath furnished unit. The complex is clean and our unit is clean. No smoking and no pets. Our college students have been residing but we are needing to rent for the 2017/18 year only. There is a great pool in the complex. We have had no safety issues. The board and management are quick to resolve maintenance issues. Rental agreement subject to interview, agreement to contracts and adherence to condo association ordinances.
