The house is split in half like a duplex, a wall down the middle, private space, it's the right side of the house that is being rented out facing it. I'm on the smaller left side of the house. i don't spend nights at the house and there's a ring camera on the front door. Your side of the house has it's own full bathroom, full bedroom, and a front room with a kitchen/laundry area. The bedroom and front room have skylights. I provide a full sized washer and dryer, kitchen sink, refrigerator, oven, and a propane grill outside. It has a gas fired wall heater for heat. a swamp cooler and room AC units for air conditioning. Off street parking. Enclosed back yard. Basketball hoop on the street. I pay all utilities and internet. It's a duplex, you have one side of the house on a month to month lease terms. But you can stay as long as you want. Off street parking available. Lots of outdoor space.
