Pets allowed with non-refundable pet deposit per pet. Tenant pays all utilities and keeps yard / lawn maintained. Must pass credit and criminal background checks and provide past landlord references. Can have no past issues with evictions, late rental payments, etc. and a credit limit of 600 or higher. Proof of income is required. While I don't like showing the house while it's being worked on I think it's also important for possible tenants to see how much time and money is going into getting the house ready for the next family! With that said the real wood floors are not in great shape. They are NOT being redone at this time especially with allowing pets. Once the tenant's furniture and area rugs are in place hopefully this will be a none issue. FYI - The kitchen, two bathrooms and laundry room floors were redone. Renters pay all utilities and maintain yard / lawn. Small pets allowed (up to 2) with nonrefundable pet deposit of $250.00 per pet. 12 month lease required. No smoking allowed in house. Washer and dryer currently included with house, but when they no longer work it is the tenant's responsibility to provide their own washer and dryer.
