The 1914 ''Liberty Estate'' is a subtype of a Queen Anne style called Free Classic/Folk Victorian built by J. Weir Kooker. The home is 3 stories plus a basement. Meticulously restored reclaimed lumber from the Springfield historic area along with other imported woods from the early 1900's are present throughout the home. The kitchen was designed from the essence of a Smithsonian Institute review of Julia Child's personal kitchen. The island counter tops are from the original bowling alley in Jacksonville's Neptune Beach.
