For an extra $35 per month I will include and off street parking spot. I am available to show the unit on Saturday or you could go anytime and peek in the windows... it is the lower left hand first floor apartment and the blinds are open so you can pretty much see the entire space. While this unit does share a common hallway in the building- Please do NOT disturb the other occupants as they do NOT have keys for this unit.
