Beautifully maintained is this Savannahs condo with the 2nd bedroom in the loft but no closet therefore one could be constructed or furniture could be added for clothes storage. All furnishings are staying except TV in Living Room & art work in loft. Laminate flooring in loft, tiled floors in main part of condo including patio. New water heater in 2020. Association replaced roof in 2020 & building was repainted. Condo has a lake view from master bedroom, seller is leaving portable AC unit in bedroom as well, not needed as Central works fine.
