None of the ceiling is supported by the interior walls, so major renovations could be done. 9' x 32' dog pen or RV parking space in back: both ends have gates and a side gate for walking through. Small patio on side of house off kitchen. Definitely a fixer-upper. What changes I made when I moved in with my family 16 years ago: I added a gas fireplace; laminated the flooring, which I plan to replace in 2019 ; painted the spare rooms, remodeled the bathrooms; roofed the house stripping off the old roofing materials first; put in the dog pen; exchanged out the dishwasher; replaced all but the garage window and all (including the garage's), except the Master Bath doors; replaced the garage door with a fully retractable automatic door; extended the workbench in the garage to give it more depth, and replaced all doors except Master Bath(3/4 bath).
