Paint, insulation in outside walls, new flooring, new trim around windows, doors, and baseboard. New furnace and air conditioning, replaced in July 2016. Furnace is 92% efficient. 2 bedrooms, 1 small updated full bath Medium sized living room Kitchen has oak cabinets, new-ish flooring. Includes stove, oven, refrigerator Full unfinished basement (this is another 800 square feet....laundry hook ups, lots of storage space, or a rec room, or both....) Whole house humidifier Ceiling Fans in all upstairs rooms. Large pleated air cleaner on the new furnace. Vinyl windows throughout house (energy savers) Big back yard with 6 ft wood privacy fence, about 5,000 sq feet of yard if you include the front yard Large patio, half covered Storage shed for mower, etc 1 car detached garage with opener Security System that can be activated by tenant Plenty of outdoor security lighting Attic has pull down stairs....lots of storage space up there with excellent lighting Dogs OK with approval and $150 non-refundable pet deposit No Smoking is allowed in the house Tenant mows, weeds, keeps gutters cleaned out (they have covers), handles clogged drains of any type, lets me know of any problems and is responsible for all utilities. Folks, it is OK to drive by and look at it, but highly rude to bother my tenants for a showing. Showings are by appointment with me only. Thanks for understanding!
