This large, studio apartment is FURNISHED (but we have some attic storage to exchange with your things to make it partially furnished, if desired). It is newly renovated and was the former master bedroom with private bathroom, and it now has new carpet, paint, and a beautiful acacia wood countertop bar in the kitchenette. The kitchenette is in one room with a desk, clothes closets, and separated by a door from the large bedroom. The kitchenette has a microwave, small fridge with separate freezer door, a ceramic, two-burner cook top, toaster oven, and several other small appliances for cooking. A bar sink and kitchen faucet have been installed in the separate and private bathroom down the small hallway from the kitchenette room. That hallway also gives access to the main part of the house, separated by a locking, interior door. Tenants have access to the washer and dryer (large capacity) in the main part of the house on any days needed, we just ask for 24-hour notice so we can clear the wash room for your use and unlock the interior door. There is a separate, exterior entrance to the apartment unit off of the covered patio, and a well-lit, concrete walkway from the front parking area around the side and back to the unit. All utilities are included in the $1300/month rent, plus free WiFi (strong signal with booster near the apartment). A dedicated, off-street parking space is available, and we can possibly work out an arrangement for EV charging (we have a Chevy Bolt we charge under the carport). Please note that the washer/dryer is shared with us in the main part of the house. For the past year, various tenants through the traveling nurse program (Furnished Finder website) have rented from us and with a 24-hour notice, we unlock the interior door into our family room area so tenants can use the washer/dryer that day. Some tenants have just set a weekly day for such. The bathroom is entirely private and has a large shower, with a bar sink to make the kitchenette usable.
