If not, the clubhouse is super close to this unit and you may be able to pick up their wifi! As stated, the apartment is brand new and super energy efficient! You pay electric and gas, but the apartment is well built and very very energy efficient so bills stay low. Rent is 1180 a month. When I was first looking at moving, I was considering apartments in Greeley, and were around 1,100 a month. This apartment is BRAND NEW and near the mountains (with an awesome view!) for only 1,180 a month. It really is an awesome deal when you look at the surrounding apartment prices for something that isn't even brand new. The clubhouse has awesome amenities as well! They have a small movie theatre that you can watch movies in, a pool, hot tub, extra kitchen, business/ conference center, computer lab, gym, outdoor playground/area for kids, and electric car charging stations throughout the complex I have attached images, but feel free to email me with any other questions or interests!
