This unit has fantastic lake views both upstairs and downstairs. This is a two bedroom one bath townhome with attached garage. It is a quiet location on a rural mountainside. The unit is very bright with all new paint, all new carpeting, tiled floors, and an attached garage and patio. It is very well maintained. Our preference is for 3 people or fewer who plan to stay for some time. If you are interested we suggest that you first look at the photos and if interested you can see the tenants in Unit #B who can show you the unit during HOURS, etc. It is a bright two story townhome with a great lay out. It is also a relatively new building and includes an included washer/dryer, dishwasher, disposal, stove/oven, along with both central air conditioning and heat. Each adult who wants to apply needs to pay a $40 fee for a background, includes a report on their credit/eviction/criminal/past landlord debt. There will be an extra monthly charge and deposit for pets (under 25 pounds, full grown). Owner pays trash, water and sewer. Tenant pays electric and gas.
