    A remodeled two story, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home with an attached 2-car garage in Bellflower. Its 1228 square feet is enough room for a family, roommates, or a space to yourself. The flooring is consistently a scratch resistant PVC vinyl, which is easy to clean and keeps the place looking nice. All of the bedrooms are upstairs, making plenty of space for the kitchen and living room below. Rent includes water, trash, and landscaping. The home has a washer and dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, an excellent HVAC system, and garage shelving units. There's plenty of storage space and a small shared yard out the front door. Because the home backs up to an empty lot, the space is quieter than some other properties near by. We continue to be locals because we love the area, but we do not reside on-site. 12-month lease Rent due on the 1st of the month (Late-fee after 5 days after rent is due). Owner pays for water and trash. Renter pays for electricity and gas No smoking allowed. Pets 25-lbs and under allowed for additional $500 deposit. No additional parking on property aside from garage. Illegal activity is grounds for terminating the lease (including, but not limited to drug-dealing, manufacturing drugs, underage drinking, prostitution, etc.)
