Looking for someone to assume the lease on this rental house, as we are moving. We will be out in April, and the house will be available May 1st. Only leaving because we bought a house and it'll be ready a few months before this lease ends. The original lease expires July 31st, and you'd be taking over our lease and only obligated to the lease for the next three months (May, June, and July). Then if you like the house and want to stay you could just sign a new lease. The property management company is Envy Property Management and they've been easy to work with and very prompt when we needed anything. House was built in 2021, so it's pretty new and everything is fairly nice. 1800 sq ft of living space, with a ~500 sq ft unfinished basement for storage. You'd fill out a rental application with Envy that I can send you, and the remaining portion of the lease would be officially transferred to you. Again, you would only be obligated to the remaining amount of time on the lease, which ends July 31st. Could be a good deal if you just need a spot for a bit while you figure out a home purchase or a more permanent solution. But as stated, you could stay as long as you want by signing a new lease in July. They have a 2 pet limit, with a $500 deposit per pet, and then $100 per month per pet if that applies to you. The backyard is not fenced in, however. The neighborhood is great, haven't heard of any issues with crime and haven't seen any shady characters. Lots of young families in the neighborhood. Please let me know if you have more questions and I can provide more details or put us on a common email thread with Envy. Thanks. Renter pays for all utilities. Envy also charges $50/month for a renter's benefit package which includes and covers your rental insurance.
