Each room is furnished with a bed, dresser, smart tv, nightstand, small table and chair. You are required to clean up after yourself in the kitchen, general/common areas and bathrooms. After each use, please clean, disinfect and sanitize the toilet, sink and tub/shower. If you cook, please put away your food and label it, you are permitted to buy yourself a mini fridge for your space. Never leave trash in the house, empty your wastebasket and take it outside to the bigger trash cans. Remove trash daily, this is a shared living space for humans not pigs The game room downstairs is for everyone, please return all items to room once you have used them. There is a check in/out system in place and you are required to use it. Rent is due in the same manner in which you are paid. If you're paid weekly, your rent will be due weekly. Example: Rent $800 = $200 a week. If paid Bi-Weekly $800 = $400 Bi- Weekly. No Smoking in the living room at all. No tobacco smoking permitted in the house at all. Please smoke them cigarettes and blacks outside, this is a violation of lease and will result in termination of lease. No overnight guest is permitted to stay over more than 48 hours continuously. Overnight guest determined to reside on property over 48 hours will increase your rent by $200. Absolutely no street drugs permitted on this property. No buying, using or selling of street drugs or weed permitted on property. It's a shame I have to even state this, I won't even bother with the police, you will be politely asked to leave and you'll be leaving period!
