Roads to town are maintained as the school buses are on them through the winter. Rent is approximately $1550 per month depending upon how many occupants, pets and your ability and desire to maintain the property. If you are handy it is a real plus and I can often find you a few hours of work around one of my rentals to help a little more with the rent.
