This is a very small dorm style unit, with only room for a twin size bed. It has a bathroom with shower and a small refrigerator. It does not have a kitchen. The units are small, but the location is excellent, directly across from Carrabba's and Lowe's. The complex is safe and our small group of hard working tenants are all like family. Looking for a good tenant who will fit in with our peaceful community. - 1 Person Maximim Occupancy - No Pets - No Exceptions - 1 Vehicle Maximum - Internet Included - Water Included (Well, Softened) - Electric To Remain In Owners Name And Billed Monthly To Tenant - 6 Month Minimum Lease - Move In Cost: $55 Application Fee + 1 month rent + last month rent + $675 security = $2,080 *Units in this complex do not have stoves. Tenants may bring their own air fryer, microwave and/or hot plate. Grills may be used in open areas, not under eaves of buildings. Electric will remain in owners name and billed to you monthly, due on the 1st of each month. Units 1 through 4 are on one meter, each tenant is billed their share. Cable TV is not available. You will need to sign up with an internet TV service provider. A smart TV or Roku device will be required.
